A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the third-party service that supplies results. Manalapan Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries on its own servers. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.

Hosting systems may record standard log details, including IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand general usage. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data

We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.

Providers that host or support the service can process the server logs described above. Analytics and advertising partners may receive automatic technical data. Disclosure occurs when required by valid legal process and not for unrelated purposes.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.

The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on residence and applicable law, a visitor may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds. Because this service retains very little, a request usually concerns the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to ask.
